Objective 

Identify how to use common Chromebook shortcuts

1. Press Ctrl + Show windows (Above the 6 key) at the same time (everything on-screen will be in your screenshot).

Using Caps-Lock

1. Press Search + Alt on your keyboard.
2. When you’re done, press the same keys to turn Caps Lock off again.

Reset your Chromebook

1. Press ctrl + alt + Shift + r
2. Follow the onscreen prompts.

Delete and Re-add Your Account

In some cases resetting your Chromebook won't fix the issue but deleting and re-adding your account might. 

1. Log out of your Chromebook. 
2. At the login screen, next to your name, there is a down arrow. 
3. Click the down arrow. You should see an option to Remove Account
4. Remove the account. 
5. Enter your username and password and sign in again.
