How To Check The Status Of A Request

This article describes the steps you can take to check the status of your request or view previous requests

Via The Portal
Go to the HUUSD support website is located at https://huusd.freshdesk.com/
Click on 'Check Ticket Status'
Default shows a list of Open or Pending tickets, all closed (by the requester) or resolved (closed by the help desk) tickets can be accessed via the carrot.
If an Agent has replied, clicking on the subject will show the communication history
Via email
Locate the automated response ticket that was created when you submitted a request for tech support
Find the line of text that reads “To view the status of the ticket or add comments, please visit…”
Click on the hyperlink to view the status of your ticket
View Previous Requests
Navigate your web browser to https://huusd.freshdesk.com/
Locate the “Tickets” link at the top of the page, see example below
Click on the ticket you wish to view to learn more
The default view is set to “Open or Pending” tickets, if you wish to view a past ticket simply click on the down arrow to view change the filter, see example below
