How to submit a ticket?

This article explains the four ways that you can submit a ticket

Submit a ticket
All users can submit a ticket for support via the tech support web portal. Once you submit a ticket you will get an automated email response with a ticket number and you can also check the status of the email.
Navigate your web browser to https://huusd.freshdesk.com/
Click the button under the search bar to create a New Support Ticket
Fill in all required fields, they are marked with a red *
Please be specific in your description, providing context helps us troubleshoot your issue faster
You can also click the +Attach a file below the subscription box to include a screenshot or short video clip of the problem
Click the blue “Submit” button at the bottom of the page
You will receive an automated email with your issue number and a link to check the status
Example:
The HUUSD Website
- Navigate your browser to www.huusd.org
- Hover over 'Departments" and click 'IT & Telecommunications
- Click the 'HUUSD Helpdesk' link in the right hand side call out box
- Follow the steps in "Submit a ticket"
The Waffle
Click on the "Waffle" in Chrome
Scroll down and select the Freshdesk icon
Click the Sign in: 'Google' button
Follow the steps in "Submit a ticket"
Submitting a ticket through the ticket form, as described above, gives us the most information possible and increases our ability to expedite your request. It also provides you a chance to view any relevant knowledge base articles which may address your request.
Anyone with an @huusd.org email address can email the helpdesk at any time. Once you send the email you will receive an automated email reply with your issue number and a link to check the status.
In your huusd.org email click 'Compose' to open a new email
In the Recipients field type “Helpdesk”
Select “HUUSD-Helpdesk”
The email is helpdesk@huusd.org
Compose your message, please be as specific as possible, providing context helps us troubleshoot your issue faster
You can attach a screenshot or short video of your issue and attach it
Click “Send”
You will receive an automated email with your issue number and a link to check the status
